**What You'll Bring to the Team**:
- Advanced Conversational **English (B2+)**: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- **Sales Experience (6 months**minimum): Proven ability to engage customers and achieve sales goals.
- Strong Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and find solutions.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating various systems and tools.
- Growth Mindset & Ambition: Eager to learn and develop.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling customer information and processes.




- BPO Experience (A Plus!): Familiarity with the BPO environment is a bonus but not a must.
**Your Day-to-Day**:
- Contact qualified leads as sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until you pass on the deal to the sales team to close.
