Support to Manufacturing engineering runs in the production line.(Engineering changes and documentation)
Objective - Give the engineer the support needed when there is a validation run on the production line.
Experiences - Student will learn the following:
- What is needed to validate a machine and the different processes.
- Which are the requirements trough the manufacturing process.
Improvements projects (Manufacturing KPIs: DownTime, RFT, SCRAP)
Objective - Give the engineer the support needed when there is a ongoing project
Experiences - Student will learn the following:
- He/she will know how to analyze and make the neccesary changes in the process to have the targets in control
- Will learn to use the statistics tools to better understand the manufacturing process
Engineering changes and documentation




S=Learn how a engineering change works.
M=Based on Engineer feedback and knowledge on every change, student will support on start to end process to make a change.
A=Document based on every known change.
R=Time availability due a highly production demand.
T=Results must be presented on 1year time frame.
