**Your role and responsibilities**

- This role is contributing to the **ELDS Business in SLP.**
**- You will be mainly accountable for**:
- Conducting analysis of planned versus vigente project performance.
- Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
- Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.
- Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of inquiries, and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
**- Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in project management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Project,



Power BI and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support project planning, decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial tracking to support project performance and decision-making.
- Fluent English level.Strong change management skills, with the ability to support project implementations, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes and solutions.
