In this role as a Brand Alignment Designer and Front-End Developer you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our technology-forward Outsourcing NA products.
You will work closely with our UX Design and Product Support teams to align client branding and contribute to interface design and engineering updates to our products.
The role:
Collaborate with product designers, sales stakeholders, and backend developers to align client brands with technical implementation and user experience goals.
Using Figma, interpret client-provided brand guidelines, communications, and marketing materials to translate their visual identity into the product experience.
Develop and maintain clear documentation that defines rules, standards, and guidelines for brand implementation across the product interface.
Make updates to CSS as part of the client brand alignment process.
Ensure all activities adhere to the relevant processes, procedures, standards and technical design.
Work closely with QA, Product/Business Analysts, and other Software Engineering functions to ensure high quality on-time delivery.
