Senior SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey, or Querétaro
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
Salary: $67,000 MXN gross per month
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling to support a integral enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting.
- Manage cost center and profit center structures, allocations, assessments, and reporting.
- Configure Accounts Receivable processes including credit management, dunning, and dispute management.
- Configure Asset Accounting including asset classes and depreciation areas.
- Support General Ledger and FI/CO integration.
- Work with Internal Orders and controlling processes.
- Lead requirements gathering and Fit-to-Standard / blueprinting workshops.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
- Create functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Participate in financial closing and production support activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and process flows.
- Collaborate with global finance, business, and technical teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP FI and CO configuration experience.
- Cost Center Accounting - CCA.




- Profit Center Accounting - PCA.
- Accounts Receivable - FI-AR.
- Asset Accounting - FI-AA.
- General Ledger - FI-GL.
- FI/CO integration.
- Internal Orders and allocation processes.
- Experience with blueprinting and functional design.
- Experience with SIT and UAT.
- Experience working in multinational or multi-country SAP environments.
- Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- SAP S/4HANA.
- CO-PA / Profitability Analysis.
- Accounts Payable and Bank Accounting.
- SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
- Healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
