**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Customer Service Representative**located in **Juarez south Campus.**
Reporting to the **Director Materials**the role involves responsibilities in charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Handle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers
- Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed
- Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.




- Review customer demand and communicate potential risks or constraints to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate information in ERP systems and customer portals.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide regular business updates.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and service level expectations.
- Generate reports related to customer demand, shipments, inventory, and service metrics.
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business,, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
- Experience supporting automotive customers.
- Knowledge of customer portals and order management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Advanced conversational English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
