About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an AEP / AJO Architect. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and delivery of solutions built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), owning implementation quality and scalability.
Design, build, and evolve AEP data models aligned with business requirements, ensuring long-term extensibility.
Implement and manage AEP components including XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
Own end-to-end AEP data flows, from ingestion (batch and/or streaming) through profile unification and activation.
Design and support customer journey orchestration use cases within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO),



including segmentation, activation, and omnichannel journey execution.
Act as the technical authority for AEP and AJO within the project, guiding implementation decisions and best practices.
Collaborate closely with data, engineering, product, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Martech solutions.
Support enterprise-scale Martech transformation initiatives, including platform transition and modernization efforts.
Partner effectively with distributed teams across the US and India to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and successful client outcomes.
Ensure platform stability, data quality, and performance while supporting ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise environments.
Mandatory hands-on project experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including implementation, orchestration, segmentation, and activation use cases in production environments.
Strong technical depth across AEP core components: XDM schema design, Dataset creation and management, Identity resolution and identity graphs, Real-Time Customer Profile, and Data ingestion and activation patterns.
Strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture, customer journey orchestration, and activation workflows.
Experience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile-centric data models.
Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows.
Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.
Experience collaborating directly with distributed client and delivery teams across global environments.
Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Martech transformations and platform transitions.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
