Job Description

As an ERP Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross- functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain ERP systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team

Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project

Review business requirements together with Business Process Team

Provide solution to business requirements

Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes

Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting

Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate

Bachelors degree in Computer Systems or similar
Experience Requirements

8+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects

Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements.

Experience direct and indirect resources management

Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple ERP modules including logistics and manufacturing

Very strong communication skills (written & oral)

Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical)

Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.

Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations

Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
