Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented File Resolution Specialist to join our fully remote team. While a legal background is beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.

Review legal and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM and case management systems.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, and compliance issues before submission.




Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Fluent English is required.
Professional, reliable, and self motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or similar case management software.
Previous experience in legal support, paralegal work, law, financial services, asset recovery, insurance, banking, or a related field is preferred.
College Degree (in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or a related discipline is preferred)

Salary increases to $16,000 MXN per month after successfully meeting performance KPIs by Day 60.
