YOUR ROLE
As a Manufacturing Engineer for New Products on our team, you will be Lead and coordinate new product launches from prototype builds through full-volume production, attending product development team meetings and Coordinate industrialization, process development, and validation activities for new programs providing technical support in the engineering department.
- Attend product development team meetings and provide technical manufacturing support.
- Lead and coordinate new product launches from prototype builds through full-volume production.
- Serve as the technical focal point during new product implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Develop and execute NPI project plans,



timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Support process validation activities for new PCB assemblies and electronic product samples.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs, improve efficiency, and optimize product designs for manufacturability.
- Coordinate industrialization, process development, and validation activities for new programs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project status updates for management review.
- Actively participate in operational and quality meetings, including KPI reviews, MRVA, operations reviews, customer escalations, and management meetings.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement necessary corrective actions for production builds.
- Support new product launches, product transfers, and capacity expansion projects.
