B2B Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales, processes, systems, and solutions. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

You Have
- 2+ years of Operations Training experience, with a focus on Sales.
- Experience training classes of 30+ new hires.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level).
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level technical staff
- Demonstrated advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional sales skills and the ability to translate them into impactful training programs for new joiners and up-skilling or re-skilling current sellers.




- Significant experience as a Trainer or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact training initiatives
- Strong background in motivating employees and driving key performance metrics in a results-driven environment
- A professional and customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and resilience in challenging situations
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, apply structured thinking, and focus on detail-oriented solutions
