We are seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic Business Partner to our management team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations—from talent acquisition and onboarding to labor relations, compensation, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilitie
- Lead induction and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a clear understanding of company policies, rights, and responsibilities
- Maintain and audit the HRIS database (Tress System) and physical/digital employee file systems
- Analyze, update, and maintain standardized job descriptions across departments
- Implement and enforce labor relations policies, internal work regulations (RIT), performance management policies, and disciplinary protocols
- Manage employee contract terminations, resignations,



and exit interviews while ensuring legal compliance
- Oversee statutory employee administration and legal obligations before Mexican authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, and Migration for non-Mexican employees)
- Handle employee grievances neutrally and maintain interdepartmental harmony
- Manage employee benefits programs (statutory and supplemental), ensuring strict adherence to company budgets and local/federal labor laws
- Participate in regional wage/salary surveys to gather market benchmark data and support compensation strategy updates
- Support the payroll process by verifying data entries (hires, terminations, salary modifications, vacations, sick leaves, and disability forms)
- Partner with management to design internal communication strategies (newsletters, bulletin boards, email announcements, and town halls)
- Plan and execute motivational programs, team-building initiatives, social/cultural events, and community outre
