You'll help shape how our Product organization operates, creating the foundation that allows teams to deliver world-class solutions to clients across private markets.
Working at the center of Product, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Marketing, Coverage, and Business Technology, you'll influence how cross-functional teams collaborate, make decisions, and execute against strategic priorities. Your work will directly improve transparency for senior leadership, strengthen governance across the organization,



and help ensure that our most important initiatives are delivered successfully.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drive the Product Operating Model
Be the steward of the Private Assets Product operating model, ensuring teams execute consistently, efficiently, and with clear accountability.
You will:
- Own and continuously evolve the Product operating model, governance framework, and execution standards.
- Ensure governance processes, stage gates, and decision-making frameworks are consistently followed.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and strengthen how Product teams operate.
