Omnicom Media is seeking an experienced Production Technology Support specialist in Mexico City. You will provide Level 2/3 on-site IT support for executives and teams, troubleshoot macOS, Windows, iOS devices, and AV systems, and assist with post-production workflows.

You will work with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve incidents efficiently. The role requires 3+ years in IT end-user support, a bachelor's degree in CS or related field, and advanced English communication.
