Position Summary

The General Demand Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) plays a critical role in driving the evolution of BIC's global demand planning capabilities by connecting business processes, planning technology, and data-driven decision making.



This position leads continuous improvement initiatives across demand planning tools and processes while supporting major transformation programs, including the transition to Demand360 and the Apollo roadmap. Working closely with regional planning teams, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and global stakeholders, the BPO ensures planning solutions meet business needs, improve forecasting effectiveness, and increase process standardization across regions. In addition, this role serves as a key partner to the global planning community by promoting best practices, enabling user adoption, and providing strategic insights that enhance forecast transparency, planner productivity, and overall business performance.
