Position Summary

The Technical Assistant plays a pivotal role supporting the Buckman's strategic execution. He/She supports the currently business and works with the sales team to develop new ones. Follows up the process and quality results in paper machines to maintain and develop our dry strengths applications. Develops the maintenance plan for the equipment's involved in the Buckman's applications in our customer's sites. Provides basic maintenance for our dosage equipment.



Responsible of weekly reports for the vigente results involved all statistics graphics, trends, conclusions and recommendations.

His/Her role's responsibilities include the execution of all aspects of the assigned projects. Key attributes being sought include exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration. This is a position with development opportunities which requires the following profile:

- Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Industrial engineer, Production Technician or related discipline

- 4+ Yrs of experience in chemicals for Paper industry.

- Self-management

- Self-long-life learning

- Excellent analytical skills

- Teamwork and attitude of service

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- English fluent writing and oral

Minimum Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical area.
- Experience as Technical Support / Technical Service / Paper industry Chemicals
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Chemical markets knowledge
