Responsibilities
Responsible to perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.
Delivers the JPH / OPE every day, volumen attainment according to his area of responsibility.
Develop the EWO (root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes.
Manage the union resources; only point of contact with union people and follow and execute Shop Floor Management.
Basic Skills
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
Advanced handling of RSLogix **** and GuardLogix PLCs.
Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
GD&T; knowledge.
Knowledge of induction curing systems.
Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
Knowledge and management of non-new model projects.
Maintenance cost management.
Knowledge of electrical substations.
Compressors, cooling towers, and extraction systems.
Preferred Skills
Problem solving.
Business Administration.
