We provide in-home care across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah, with a focus on compassionate, personalized service.If you're a compassionate individual who puts patients first and thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment, we want you to join our team.PositionRole: Nurse (RN or LPN) for in-home patient care in Magdalena, NM.Contract type: **** contract; care provided at the patient's residence; no expiration for this benefit once accepted into the program, enabling long-term relationships with patients.Schedule: 8 hours of care on one day per week; time is determined between the nurse and patient as there is no fixed time preference.Team collaboration: work one-on-one with patients and coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient's physicians.Requirements:
