Position Summary

We are seeking a Tool Crib and Tool Shop Supervisor to lead inventory administration, tooling support, and tool shop coordination for cutting tools, process tooling,



and raw materials used in manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure compliance with company financial policies, maintains optimal service levels for production, and supports continuous improvement through team leadership, data analysis, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is idóneo for a hands‑on engineer with strong problem‑solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities
- Supervise cutting tool inventory operations required for production, ensuring availability, accuracy, and service levels aligned with operational needs.
- Oversee purchase order creation in JDE for process tooling and raw materials required for tool manufacturing.
