The Job

We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and polished Executive Assistant to support the VP, Latin America Manufacturing. This leader is responsible for manufacturing operations across plants in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina and requires a trusted partner who can operate with urgency, discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
- Manage an extremely active, complex, and constantly shifting calendar, prioritizing critical business needs while protecting time for strategic focus.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, agendas, supporting materials,



and travel expenses.
- Ensure the VP is fully prepared for upcoming meetings, travel, decisions, and commitments through proactive planning and timely follow‑up.
- Partner closely with the VP’s direct reports and key stakeholders to track action items, meeting follow‑ups, and deliverables to completion.
- Support the rhythm of the business by coordinating leadership meetings, staff meetings, operating reviews, and other core business cadences, ensuring logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Build strong working relationships across functions and geographies to facilitate efficient communication, alignment, and execution.
- Handle highly confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
