Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your Mission, Roles And ResponsibilitiesAs a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all site facilities and general services, supporting a safe, sustainable, and productive working environment.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeOversee and manage general services such as cafeteria, cleaning, and workplace amenitiesCoordinate facilities operations, including elevators, HVAC systems, water dispensers, solar panels, wastewater treatment plant, and maintenance areasPlan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and infrastructureEnsure compliance with HSE standards, legal requirements, and certifications (ISO *****, ISO *****, LEED, among others)Support audits and inspections, ensuring timely follow-up of action plans and corrective measuresConduct risk assessments and ensure proper implementation of operational controls and proceduresManage supplier relationships, permits, contractor activities to ensure safety and service qualityControl budget, purchasing processes, and cost optimization initiatives related to facilities operationsMonitor waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across the siteLead or coordinate small teams and external service provider, ensuring service delivery and performanceYour profile and competencies to succeedBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldProven experience in facilities management-maintenanceExperience working with management systems and audits (ISO standards, legal compliance,
