We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist III to support and maintain HR systems and assist with automation, integration and configuration of core HR processes.
Serve as a technical point-of contact for users.General ResponsibilitiesSystem Governance and User AccessPartner with HR to ensure standardized global processes and configurations that result in accurate and secure dataManage role configuration and related access flagsManage and enforce user access requirementsAssign user access and audit semi-annuallyMaintain and troubleshoot interfaces used to impact user access following employment status changesSystem Maintenance and UpgradesMaintain and document system configuration and processesReview, test and support in the application of upgrades and patchesMaintain HR system org structure, objects, tables and picklist optionsAudit and analyze data to ensure data integrity/accuracyCustom Interfaces and Secure FTP ReportsConfigure and maintain secure FTP reportsTroubleshoot issues with custom interfacesCoordinate with Dayforce and key stakeholders to develop new or change existing custom interfacesUser Support,
