Known for its commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and consumer trust, the company designs and manufactures products used in millions of kitchens across domestic and international markets.The Program Manager (T2) supports product development projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.

and key milestonesAssist in maintaining project plans and documentation throughout the product lifecycleHelp coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on action itemsSupport the application of the company's Stage-Gate product development processAssist with prototype build coordination and basic schedule trackingCompile and organize project data, including cost, quality, and performance metricsCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure alignmentSupport status reporting and communication to stakeholdersContribute to post-project reviews and documentation updatesWhat You NeedExperience:1-2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or a related roleInternship or academic exposure to product development environments is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with project management tools is a plusBasic understanding of product development or manufacturing processes preferredStrong organizational and analytical skillsCore Competencies:Organization & time managementTeam collaborationEagerness to learnPhysical Demands:Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequentlyVisual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and reading documents, reports, and emails.Repetitive hand movements for tasks such as typingAmount of Travel Required:Up to 10% travel required.Salary & PerksThis is a full-time, long-term position with benefits required by law.The position is immediately available.Hybrid in Monterrey, Mexico.Monday through Friday, during regular business hours - (Monterrey Time Zone).
