Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores and AutoZone Commercial Credit costumers. Give credit orientation to customers and Commercial Specialist. Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests , Credit Questions and SFA mailboxes for its prompt and successful resolution.

Responsibilities

- Phone assistance to AZ store Commercial Specialists.
- Phone assistance to Commercial Credit costumers.
- Resolution to invoice and statements requests
- Daily reporting.

Requirements

- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Accounting, Finance ,Business
- Years of Experience: One to two years.
- Type of Experience: Bilingual, Customer Service
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Bilingual
- Other/Preferred: None
