Job Description

- Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop.

Responsibilities

- Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
- Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
- Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
- Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals

TASKS

- Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
- Check availability of maintenance information.
- Ensure application of work methods.
- Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
- Manage any deviations that arise.
- Wash parts and components.
- Start the work order.




- Prepare the vehicle or component.
- Search for information in the system.
- Perform maintenance.
- Finalize stamping.
- Clean the work area and return used tools.
- Finalize work order.
- Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
- Communicate deviations.
- Propose solutions.
- Follow up on established improvement plans.

EDUCATION

- High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.

JOB PROFILE

- One year in a similar position.
- Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
- Knowledge of Scania products and services.
- Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.
