Job OverviewAs a Software Engineer III in Test, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Mitratech's products.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to design, execute, and automate tests that validate functionality, performance, and usability.
You'll also contribute to test automation, CI/CD integration, and adoption of AI‐based testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
This is a hands‐on technical role that blends test design, automation engineering, and collaboration across agile teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and define effective test strategiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testingPerform manual, exploratory,



and regression testing when required to validate new features and bug fixesReview test scripts and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and best practicesInvestigate and reproduce reported issues, providing clear defect documentation and working with teams to ensure timely resolutionSupport and enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests using Azure DevOps or JenkinsContribute to improving test frameworks, processes, and coverage across multiple product areasExplore and apply AI‐augmented testing tools to increase automation efficiencyParticipate in release and hotfix testing to ensure stability of production releasesRequired Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testingStrong hands‐on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks using C# (preferred) or JavaGood understanding of NUnit or equivalent test frameworksExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, TestRail, or other test management toolsKnowledge of Git, Bitbucket, or similar source control toolsExperience in SQL and working with relational databasesFamiliarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps PipelinesUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross‐functional teamsExcellent problem‐solving, debugging, and communication skillsDesired Skills & ExperienceExposure to AI‐based testing tools or frameworksWorking knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestSharp, SoapUI)Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)Understanding of TDD/BDD principlesKnowledge of OOP concepts and reusable automation design patternsWe are an equal‐opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
