At Amazon, we're revolutionizing how people shop, and we're seeking a high-impact commercial profile to drive our vendor acquisition strategy in Mexico. As a Business Development Manager in our Consumables team, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with top-tier brands and manufacturers within the consumables verticals (consumer goods).

Responsibilities

- Identify untapped market opportunities and convert them into vendor partnerships for Amazon Retail in Mexico.
- Lead negotiations and close complex commercial deals with senior executives, articulating Amazon's value proposition.
- Build data-driven business cases to influence decision-makers and drive mutual growth with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard vendors and support growth initiatives.
- Expand product selection and ensure sustainable vendor relationships to delight customers.

Qualifications





- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in commercial roles with demonstrated success in closing strategic negotiations
- English proficiency
- Preferred: experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
