*THIS POSITION IS HYBRID IN MONTERREY ONLY*Ventes has teamed up with a leading hospitality partner and is currently looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team.
This role will be a key supporting member of the digital team and will be individually responsible for developing and executing cost-per-click (CPC) media strategies, managing media budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives aligned with company goals.Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience required- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience executing paid search media on platforms such as Google and Meta- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Strong understanding of CPC campaign structures and optimization tactics- Proven ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance- Ability to deliver insightful campaign performance analysis,



both written and verbal- Experience managing a large portfolio of campaigns- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Solid understanding of Google Analytics- Working knowledge of Google Tag ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Implement paid media strategies, manage media budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives- Leverage Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders- Continuously identify and execute campaign optimization opportunities to drive performance and efficiency- Apply a data-driven approach to CPC campaign optimization and budget allocation- Collaborate with a talented team of digital marketing, data, and technology professionals- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met- Identify and communicate digital and paid media trends
