Kellanova is looking for a Training Coordinator at its Pringles plant in Querétaro, Mexico. You will help employees build skills safely and effectively while ensuring training requirements and regulations are met. You’ll work with plant leaders, trainers, and external providers to coordinate training programs and manage records.
In this role you’ll track skills, support internal communication, and help drive employee development and plant performance. Fluency in English is desirable.
