- Provide general support for the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and customer Deviations.
- Support the Product Engineering team during pilot runs by performing follow-up activities, material validations, component specification reviews, and verification of product assembly characteristics against customer Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly drawings.
- Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support for internal manufacturing and operational processes.
- Assist in line stoppages and downtime events related to Product Engineering issues, supporting troubleshooting and corrective actions.




- Monitor and report key performance metrics to support operational and engineering objectives.
- Support material release activities in the receiving area when Product Engineering notifications are generated, including verification of Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs), material dimensions, and coordination with cross-functional teams to communicate and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in Product Engineering department training and development programs.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required, supporting compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
