About The Role

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day quality control and assurance activities to ensure all products consistently meet Nysonian standards and customer requirements. This role oversees quality inspectors, enforces procedural compliance on the production floor,



and supports structured problem-solving to address defects and process deviations. The Quality Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational discipline and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes to safeguard product integrity and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop quality inspectors across shifts, ensuring strong technical capability, procedural adherence, and adequate inspection coverage.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure full compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce structured quality controls, including sampling plans, testing procedures, traceability, and accurate inspection documentation.
- Lead investigations into non-conformities, customer complaints, and process deviations; drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
