It does not involve listing, leasing, marketing, or selling real estate.We are seeking experienced professionals with established relationships with commercial property owners, developers, sponsors, investors, family offices, and other principals requiring significant real estate financing.The RoleOriginators are responsible for developing qualified commercial real estate financing opportunities within their respective markets.Responsibilities include:Originate commercial real estate financing transactions, generally $50 million and aboveDevelop relationships with property owners, developers, sponsors, investors, and transaction intermediariesIdentify borrowers seeking acquisition financing, refinancing, construction and development financing, bridge financing, and structured real estate debtConduct preliminary screening of prospective transactionsObtain initial financial, property, ownership, sponsor, and transaction informationWork with the firm's real estate capital markets team to advance qualified transactions through the financing processDevelop and maintain an active pipeline of institutional-quality opportunitiesTransaction FocusThe firm works across major commercial real estate sectors,
