INVENTORY COORDINATORLocation: EL SALTO, JALISCOWe are looking for anInventory Cycle Count Coordinatorto join our operations team at Plant El Salto.
This role is responsible for coordinating and leading the execution of cycle counting activities across production and warehouse areas to ensure inventory accuracy and reliable planning processes.
The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key role in identifying discrepancies, driving root cause analysis, and implementing systematic solutions to strengthen shopfloor inventory control, including external warehouse operations.YOUR TASKSCoordinate and execute the cycle counting program in production and warehouse areasEnsure inventory accuracy to support stable production planningAnalyze inventory discrepancies and lead root cause analysis (RCA)Monitor and analyze system transactions and material movements in SAPPerform ABC classification analysis to prioritize cycle counting strategyControl and ensure proper execution of material flows between locations and plantsImplement and sustain preventive measures to avoid inventory deviationsIdentify and address systemic issues such as BOM inaccuracies, scrap handling, and transfer disciplineCollaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory processesYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, or related fieldExperience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of material flow and shopfloor processesExperience performing root cause analysis for inventory discrepanciesSolid knowledge of SAP transactions for inventory managementExperience with inventory analysis, stock levels, and movement trackingFORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
