By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Global Head of Travel & ExpenseYour Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will support the global Travel & Expense (T&E;) function within ABB Robotics, acting as the main point of contact for LATAM and Europe operations.
You will ensure service delivery, compliance, project execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
You will also leverage your expertise to deliver T&E; services in alignment with established policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is supporting LATAM and Europe operations within the ABB Robotics.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary contact for T&E; topics in Mexico,



Latam & European CountriesGather business requirements and deliver reporting, training, and policy solutionsResolve operational issues and support daily T&E; activitiesAnalyze T&E; data and provide performance insightsEnsure compliance with policies and expense audit requirementsManage escalations across stakeholders and global teamsMonitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvementsSupport implementation of tools and process documentationCollaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teamsQualifications6-8 years of experience in Travel & Expense operations and project management/implementations.Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments preferred.Knowledge of T&E; tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Travel booking tools, SAP)Solid understanding of travel, expense, and corporate credit card processes.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Problem solving mindset.Proven project management experience (required).
