The adecuado candidate will be responsible for leading the design release process, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and production efficiency for Bumper, Fascia, Seat Systems, Suspension Tuning components and Closures components. This role involves the use of design software like NX to perform design and release tasks.Experience in the automotive industry is a mustKey Responsibilities:Design and Development: Utilize NX software and other design tools to create and develop interior components, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Release Planning: Develop comprehensive release plans for exterior, interior, body or chassis components designs, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient production.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to validate design integrity, performance, and adherence to industry regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing, and suppliers, to coordinate the release process and resolve any design-related issues.Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials, prototypes, and tooling necessary for design release activities.Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized design documentation,

including drawings, specifications,
