MexicoYour main responsibilities will be:Lead scientific discussions with key internal and external stakeholders / influencers (e.g., KOLs, Medical societies, etc.) focusing on changing medical behavior through the exchange of scientific knowledge and conveying the value of the attributes related to the innovation.Lead the sharing of scientific knowledge to internal stakeholders e.g., through provision of training to help to ensure highest standards of brand/therapy expertise in customer facing teams.Provide insights around key brand,

connecting with the business and medical strategyEnsures MSL team is accountable for the execution of the field Medical Sciences Plan and provides field insights to inform business strategy.Facilitates scientific and skill training, as well as mentoring and coaching to support professional development.Supports customer insight collection and communicates field insights and actionable items to leadership and other internal partners, as appropriate.Implementation of policies for MSLs, seeking to standardize activities and processes to minimize operational, strategic, and corporate responsibility risks.Establishment of auditable standards and metrics on the function of the MSLsContinuous evaluation of the market, to understand the current trends of the external MSLs and in this way, provide guidance,
