Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Recruitment of New Franchisees Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads (generated by department marketing initiatives) into new franchisees by successfully selling our business model.Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' financial capacity, business experience, and alignment with our core values.Negotiation Support and Contract Drafting Contractual Support: Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing franchise agreements.Document Customization: Adapt administrative documents and contracts based on the specific needs of each franchise, whether for a new center, a transfer, or a renewal.Identification of New Opportunities ~ Market Expansion: Research and evaluate new markets to drive the expansion of the franchise network.Event Attendance ~ Brand Representation: Represent our brand at trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings to build business relationships and close franchise agreements.Required Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Marketing and Communication, Engineering, Economics,
