We have an exciting opportunity to join our Academic Library Sales team to support our institutional customers with Transformative Agreement solutions and various other digital products.

About the role
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support our Library Sales team to continue to grow. We sell Transformative Agreements as well as a wide range of digital products to support a world of open access education. In this position, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in helping our experienced sales team meet our customers' needs.
Your accuracy and ability to facilitate efficient co-ordination of several tasks at a time is vital in the role of a Sales Operations Executive. You will provide valuable research and administrative support to the Library Sales teams in the Americas and EMEA regions, for print and digital books and journals.
You will work on projects in the direction of the Head of Customer Enablement.
Other responsibilities will be to:
Maintain and update information on our CRM system and other sales systems.
Support the reps in all territories in the Americas and EMEA.
Work with other departments to obtain information.
Attend in-house meetings and other duties as required.
Assist customers with requests and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with colleagues in our Operations centre in Hyderabad and from around the globe.
This position is classified as hybrid, requiring approximately *****% office presence for collaboration and team engagement.
About you
We seek a highly motivated Sales Operations Executiveto join our Sales Operations team. Alongside your strong written and verbal communication skills, you will bring to the team your excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Initiative to pick-up operational challenges and troubleshoot them with relevant colleagues
Fluent in English and Spanish—written and oral (level of English must be C1)
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams
Flexible approach to work
A good understanding of the customer and their needs
Be open to continuous learning and problem solving
Desirable:
Educated to degree level or previous relevant work experience in a customer service or support role
Prior knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and database programs
Analytic and creative skills
Commercial awareness
Direct experience of, or qualification in publishing
Experience of working in Customer Services
