Confidential Opportunity | Distribution Coordinator We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join a integral manufacturing company and lead distribution and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Lead daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinate logistics operations with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Quality, Transportation and Customer Service. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise warehouse personnel, promote a strong safety culture and support team development. Monitor transportation performance, inventory flow and shipping accuracy. Ensure compliance with trade,



customs and distribution processes while meeting customer requirements. Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.✔ Experience leading warehouse, distribution or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.✔ Knowledge of transportation, inventory management and import/export processes.✔ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).✔ Advanced English.✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
