Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do The Offering Portfolio Chief of Staff key responsibilities may include:
- Support with strategy, planning, execution, follow up, and control of practice priorities and day-to-day operations and deliverables
- Support in the development/update of Portfolio presentations, playbooks and other relevant practice materials
- Own preparation of meeting agendas and supporting material for management meetings
- Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports
- Prepare monthly forecast for the Portfolio in coordination with other teams.
- Work together with the Finance and Deployment teams to prepare analysis reports of the Portfolio (e.g., utilization variances)
- Track and review budgets, opportunities, key accounts and staff utilization
- Identify key risk areas and understand the actions that can be undertaken to mitigate as they arise
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of Town Hall meetings, events, and visits by Portfolio
- Develop and execute a communications strategy for the OP and the offerings creating the “voice” of the portfolio across the practices
- Act as the Business point of contact for the Portfolio for different areas
- Serve as an ambassador of the OP/offerings/practice in internal and external client interactions
- In coordination with the OP, Offering leaders and appropriate stakeholders, develop and execute strategies to promote culture and community within ADMX
- Follow up on escalations with professionals (e.g., mandatory curricula) The team The ADMX Chief of Staff (COS)
is a critical member of the ADMX leadership team, with significant responsibilities for developing and driving the strategy and plan for the Offering Portfolio (OP) and Industry growth. The COS will support the OP practice leader and the industry leader in planning and executing the ADMX strategies in coordination with the Client & Market Acceleration Team (CMAT) COS. The COS will facilitate collaboration across the key stakeholder groups. ADMX is a member of the General Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Qualifications Required
- Completion of course of study/Egresado in Administration, International Business, Communication or related fields;
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, PMO or related, including financial understanding
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Analytical thinking skills (full understanding and usage of Excel, preferred Power BI)
- Process and detail oriented
- Team player
- Accountable for her/his responsibilities (end to end)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at executive level
- Ability to use technology systems to perform daily tasks (Office, Copilot)
- Ability to develop presentations, storytelling, design
