Requisitos:
Inglés intermedio
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como carnicero / deshuesador / sacrificio de animales
Preparatoria terminada
Físicamente apto y capaz de levantar aprox. 23kg / 50lbs.
Pasaporte con al menos 5 años de vigencia

Your days will include:
Perform hog slaughtering tasks (evisceration, hide removal, etc.).
Butcher and package pork primal cuts to meet specific value-added standards for local, national, and international premium markets.
