Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, satire, and more

Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement

Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization

Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more human, compelling writing

Strong command of English language, grammar, and literary style
