Assist customers with the following: a. Placing orders and stock checks b. Order/pricing discrepancies c. Returns d. Promotional orders e. Packing slips, invoices and tracking info

- Provide comprehensive account management for large FP Diesel accounts.
- Application look-up for heavy duty engine components.
- Capture and log lost kit and component sales for FP Diesel line.
- Maintain and continually improve heavy duty/commercial vehicle application knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
