Cold Calling Team Supervisor – Staffing Services We’re looking for a
hands-on leader
to build and guide our outbound B2 B cold-calling team at Remoto Workforce. This role is perfect for someone who not only manages but
works side-by-side
with their agents—coaching in real-time, joining calls, and ensuring each lead becomes a real opportunity. You’ll be responsible for setting strategies, creating processes, and helping your team exceed targets in the recruitment and staffing industry. Build and lead a new outbound cold-calling team from scratch. Join agents on calls to demonstrate techniques and close skills gaps. Develop and implement B2 B outreach strategies, scripts, and processes. Recruit, train, and mentor agents to achieve daily/weekly KPIs. Track and analyze performance metrics (calls, conversions, meetings). Align team efforts with company growth goals. Provide actionable feedback on the spot—not just in performance reviews.



Proven experience managing or supervising a B2 B outbound sales or cold-calling team. Background in sales, lead generation, or business development—preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO. Strong leadership with a
coach-in-the-field
approach. Experience building a department or team from scratch (strong plus).
