Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all plant infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, CDA (compressed dry air), water supply/drainage, and sanitation systems.
Develop and manage routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans for plant equipment.
Coordinate, plan, and oversee construction, renovation, or equipment installation projects within the plant.
Contractor management, including communication, evaluation, competitive bidding, and construction supervision.
Ensure projects comply with NOM standards and assist with government permit processes.
Collaborate with the Asia team to advance various projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English or above.




3-5 years of experience in plant/facilities management or construction project management in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with low/medium-voltage electrical systems and power generation systems
Knowledge of local engineering and electromechanical suppliers, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
Ability to read, draft, and modify CAD drawings.
Familiarity with applicable regulations, as well as civil protection and labor compliance requirements.
