Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated person who serves customers by providing product and service information or assistance. We work directly with agents and customers, providing information for pending transactions as well as transaction status. We provide troubleshooting to fax machines ensuring the correct functionality.

Duties and Responsibilities
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Self‑awareness: Monitoring how our actions affect the behavior of those around us.
Sensitivity to others: Showing concern toward the needs and feelings of others.
English level – Bilingual 70% to 80%.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the root of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem,



expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
Should possess good level of communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
Should be self‑motivated.
Answer emails.
Review images – up to 500 per hour.
Provide troubleshooting to fax machines.
Verify that the flow of outgoing faxes is fluid and report in case of troubles.

Two days off that might include one weekend day and one mid‑week day, or two days together in mid‑week.
Working hours might vary due to department needs.
