Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ejecutivo de Ventas role based in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX at Oftálmica Internacional.

The Sales

Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting new clients, scheduling and conducting sales visits, presenting products and services, and preparing tailored commercial proposals. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients, following up on orders, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Executive will track and report sales activities, update CRM and internal records, and collaborate with internal teams to coordinate pricing, inventory, and delivery times. The position also requires attending industry events or client meetings as needed, working toward monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and market positioning.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a related field.





Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships and client retention.

Solid communication and negotiation skills, including the capacity to present value propositions clearly and handle objections effectively.

Ability to work on-site in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, manage time efficiently, and organize daily activities to meet sales targets.

Comfort with basic technology tools, such as CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability when representing the company with clients and partners.

Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English are beneficial for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
