Join our Operations team as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and performance improvements across the organization. As a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. Leading continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.

Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through process analysis, operational data, and performance metrics. Developing and implementing solutions to improve productivity, quality, operational performance, and cost efficiency. Facilitating root cause analyses and driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Coaching and training teams and employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices. Monitoring project performance through KPIs and ensuring measurable and sustainable results. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress, outcomes,



and recommendations to leadership teams.

Supporting the identification and implementation of innovative solutions, new technologies, and industry best practices to enhance operational performance. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership while helping drive sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
