As a Field Service Engineer specializing in Instrumentation & Control (I&C;), you will provide expert technical service and advice to customers in the power generation and refinery sectors. This role is central to our service operations, involving on-site and remote commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance of complex I&C; systems. You will be a key technical point of contact, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical industrial equipment.

The core responsibilities include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, executing hardware and software updates, and troubleshooting system issues to minimize downtime. You will be tasked with identifying and correcting complex problems during system start-up, optimizing project-specific control sequences,



and assessing system faults. This requires a deep understanding of overall I&C; system concepts and hands-on experience with field instrumentation.

Beyond technical execution, this position plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, researching and recommending equipment upgrades that meet customer needs and training them on product features.
