The Field Service Technician reports to the ART Regional Manager and is responsible for the installation, testing, and servicing of the companie's Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites based on defined specifications. This position requires short notice travel to deal with emergency jobs, customer issues, and last-minute changes.

What you'll do:





- Possesses the physical ability to operate in confined industrial settings and to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, gloves, clothing, and footwear.
- Willing to travel up to 70% regionally and locally, including overnight and air travel, with occasional weekend and outside business hours.
- Develops comprehensive knowledge of company products and adapts them to diverse customer environments. Ensures proper review of all installed Vero product solutions with the field coordination team. Provides on-site technical support for industrial and manufacturing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and repairing product installations as needed.
